Is it safe to blow the inside of your gut with compressed air?

And on another note...

In Soviet Russia, compressed air blows YOU!!

Compressed air is generally not recommended for that type of use. It actually blows to hard, can release moisture, and usually blows more dust IN and around than out. (unless you are taking the unit apart do clean it). Also, it can actually put dust deeper into areas it might not have gotten. USE WITH CAUTION.

The air is only compressed inside the bottle. Once out, it becomes "air" and I think (don't quote me) the 360 can handle that.
