Im kind of nervous about the box there sending me to put my xbox in.. the guy sounded like he took 2 weeks of english and i he had to repeat everything .. it sounded he got it right but i was worried.. my friend said he had this problem and it took them 2 weeks to figure out they got the adress wrong. does this happen to you guys often or do they get it right most of the time

If the information on the shipping label is correct (the box actually arrives at your address) then they gotthat part right,right? Be sure you have the reference number for your repair tag and record the PIN for the shipment (that way you can track the boxes progress on it's way to MS's repair center) You should be fine...

Maybe this was just me but the woman who talked to me when I called for a repair sounded like she knew better english than most of the kids at my High School. It only took me 10 minutes and exactly 3 days later I got my box. The only problem was that they got my last name wrong but it wasn't a signifigant mistake.

I finally just got mine back and the mexican lady i talked to got my phone number wrong...and I thought, doesn't it show my phone number on the computer shes sitting at? Anyways, hope you get your 360 back quickly, i spent all september without mine.
