Just a quick question. If I download some DLC on a different Xbox, will other accounts on the 360 be able to play it?

If your wanting to play splitscreen or anything like that, Yes.

Yeah. Other accounts on your 360 will be able to play it.

Additionally, if you have more than one Xbox you use your profile on, you can transfer the game license to more than Xbox. Microsoft puts a limit on how many consoles you spread the licenses to in a year, but I've yet to have a problem.
