Question about getting Oblivion

I was wondering if I should get this game? I am tryint to save up money for How Sweet ( a rave ) and wondering if i should bust out some extra money for this. I love kotor 1 and 2 , fallout 3, and mass effect. Would I like this?

do you get to have like a team or companions or whatever you call them, and get to change stuff on them? probably the best parts of the games i mentioned above ^^lexluxon

Well ... unfortunately: no. At some point, you can hire a magician or fighter, and after completing a big side quest, you can be accompanied by a ... rather useless fan of yours ... but most of the game you will fight alone.

Well, you should get the GOTY addition. After beating quests you will have a fair amount of followers. You can get two from Shivering Isles, 1 Knights of the nine, and One from eeach guild. And there are probably more.

But there arent as good as the followers in Oblivion, you can't change their equipment.

This is one of the best games so far this gen and relatively cheap too. And you as a fan of open world RPG's would almost surely eat this game up. Definately recommended.vendettared468

If you can get it for about 20 bucks then yeah you would.

I got it for $20 used sometime last year. Oblivion's got a ton of content for the small price.

Man I hope this is what I'm looking for...
