Hey guys, I have a question concerning GH.

I've never played Guitar Hero 1 or 2 and I'm planning on getting Guitar hero 3. Will it matter if I never played Guitar Hero 1 or 2? am I missing out on something if I haven't or it doesn't matter. Thanks.

...also I found this a while ago about the 3 red lights and this video shows how it can help your 360 for about 5 days.

It probably doesn't matter. They're pretty much all the same, just with different songs

It won't matter at all, the only bonus to owning a past GH game is u'llmost likely be able to play hard/expert right away

You don't need to play the first two, but you'd be better if you did. Just saying that this is one game you get better at with practice. There are songs I can breeze through now that I never thought possible when I first started playing the game.

Essentially the same games.  If I were you I'd wait and buy GH3 with the new guitar.  Play through the game and then you can go back and get GH2 for cheap when you have owned GH3.

buy Guitar Hero 3...wait until you find a used version of Guitar Hero 2 (game only), then buy that

then download the track packs for Guitar Hero 2, and you pretty much have all 3 games
