It is approaching that time of year again for Ncaa Football 09 and Madden NFL 09. I was just curious as to how many people will not buy it this year on release day. I know I have been a loyal fan for a long time and get it every year, but I was actually thinking about not buying it this year on realease, but waiting a while and get a used one. How many people out there will NOT get Madden and NCAA Football this year on release date or not at all. and your reasoning behind your decision. I do not know how to do a poll, so I had to just ask the question. Another thing that will suck (for me anyway) is i'm a Dolphins fan, and they will be the worst team on the game.
I'll rent first. Give those games a try. If I like I'll cop. Im happy with Madden 08 so no real rush for me to get '09 unless they add some crazy new features. NCAA 08 got boring after I finished my first two years. Got repetative. NCAA 09 looks actually good but i have been fooled before. I'll play it cautious this time around.
Renting isn't an option here as blockbuster jacked their rates up to 9.95 for new game rentals, since I don't want to pay $69.99 + tax for a 59.99 game (game + rental), I'll just buy it, and hope they fixed some of the problems I had with 08.

Yeah, I'm feeling the same way right now. I used to play only sports games when i had only a PS2, but i have been getting more and more into FPs,RPg, and all kinds of game since i have a 360. madden is really not appealing to me this year, but after they start hyping it up, i will break down and get it, because i am a huge football fan.
