Microsoft owns Rare, right? Does that mean that they could release old Rare games from the N64 on Live Arcade? Like Banjo? Would be friggin awesome to have that one.

ya i think EA has them, but i'm pretty sure the software in question is still owned by rare. but i could be wrong.
