question about retrieving gamer tag

i had xbox 360 ntsc .. now i gota pal elite one and i lost my hard disk

so wanna know if it possible to use my oldgamer tag on my new x360 and how

if u have your profile deleted and you use retrieve gamertag, will your save files be all right?

Evenif your Hard Drives lost. I possibly believe your gamertag could be recovered. But Xbox Live requires a Hard Drive to play with though.

I doubt it. If your gamertags deleted, there's no possible way of retrieving it
