i was in a game store and they were selling the '360 handbook' or something like that. i read on the back something about using xna tools ON THE 360 t develop games right there. is this true, and has it been implemented yet?
XNA is a development tool for a Windows PC. You can make games, compile them and play them on a 360. It costs $99/year to play the games you build on your 360. You have to know the C# programming language to use it. It isn't some kind of cut and paste game building. You really have to know your stuff to use it.

Unfortunately it uses C#, which is a Microsoft created language which is more or less a combination of Java and C++.
