Question: Cable or Internet with my 360/what games should new 360 owner get

I am getting a 360 finally and want to know whether i should get cable to watch tv or internet to play games online

also give me suggestions on what games to get

I already have perfect dark zero and COD4

IMHO - I would say get Gears of War and Battlestations: Midway

Sounds bad. Madden '08 blows. I don't know why people bother to waste money on sports games. Why? It's because they like them. Turok is supposed to be bad. Kane and Lynch sounds bad. Sold a million copies though so it must be good? No. Halo 3...lots of people like it so that must count for something.

not a bad list, but not great either. Don't know much about turok yet, kane and lynch wasn't all that it was supposed to be, but halo 3 and madden are solid games.

Get internet. You can watch most shows online anyway.

As far as games, once you have your new internet, download some demos to your Xbox to try out what you like.

What kind of gamer are you? if you get hallo 3 don't bother with turok. You said you had CoD4 so I wouldn't even bother with halo 3. And get internet. You can always download TV shows to your PC/laptop and stream it to your 360.

go with internet, as for games, the list u said i would get madden 08 n halo 3, n if u like hockey, nhl 08 is awesome even online

Gears of War, Halo 3, Oblivion, Mass Effect, BioShock, Orange Box...some game recommendations. And, get internet. TV sucks. Go to a friend's house if you want to watch TV.Dead_Prophecy

oblivion GOTY one~~this rpg no online it's really long game like 200 hours easy great game to (dont kill npc's in store or be mader down the road)

halo 3~~good game but not great it's fun when you got friends

cod4 well u aready got that~~one of the coolest games online

dont know any other games sorry but i do know if you decide to get asss creed or bioshock only rent these becuse they are no online and they short games

oooo ya make sure you get aleast 20gig hardrive becuz you wont even be able download a demo with a memory card

get a play and charge kit ~~save money on battrys and like evry 3-4days (dempenmds how much you play) last a good 25-30 hours you can plug it to your computer at night when you sleeping and let it charge
