another thing to note, i know if you have Comcast broadband, and have multiple things hooked up to your modem, they will call you up and say you're using multiple IP addresses and make you get a router or charge you more on your bill. happened to me back when i first got itIllidan311When you use a router, a single IP is connected to the modem and the ONLY way they can "assume" that you have multiple devices behind this router is if you are using a LARGE amount of bandwidth. Comcast was a little @nal initially, but they've come to the realization that people are going to use routers, so they don't bother you.
