Not free, but you do get a free month trial. It costs 8.99 for the unlimited streaming one where you can watch movies through your xbox. Additionally, you can go into Netflix with a party of friends who also have Netflix and watch movies in a party. Also you can set up your instant streaming queue on the Xbox. Pretty good list of features.

Cant buy it from your xbox. You have to log on to the Netflix website and create an account. I dont think you can pay in advance either....although im not 100% sure about that.
