i just added a month of xbox live online (using my credit card, not a code), and over an hour later, xboxlive is still not recognizing me as a paying customer. this normally wouldn't be a big deal, but i'm selling my console in a few days and i wanted to get in some time with a few friends. is there seriously this long of a delay between adding points/subscriptions now? in my opinion, it's terrible customer service. in the gaming industry, it's instant gratification or bust.
any suggestions on how to resolve this would be appreciated.
