Quickly are 360 games region free??

hey going out in like 5 mins can someone tell me if they are region free, ie i am in uk if i buy and american game will it work on my uk 360?

also the game is test drive unlimited so if i buy it will i be playing with ppl from uk or from america,

i wont see any differance in the picture would i?

After looking on Play-Asia, it looks like the NTSC games will work in any region that uses NTSC, but it will not work with PAL. So unfortunately, no, you wouldn't be able to purchase a copy from America and use it in Europe.
