Which do you think is more worthy of a nomination and/or award?

I think you guys are missing the point. These are some of the only exclusives the Xbox 360 has gotten this year (I just had a quick look at the 360 section on Gamespot). I usually include PC/360 games when I choose my 360 GotY though, seeing as their both owned by Microsoft, which means most games that would be exclusive to 360 are more then likely going to be made for the PC also, so I'd include Left 4 Dead 2, but out of those 2, ODST simply because I can't stand race simulation games, though I wasn't impressed by ODST.
You didn't say anything about 2009 in the OP. And I would put Left 4 Dead and the GTA IV DLC (Episodes from Liberty City) ahead of the two games you listed.I think you guys are missing the point. I should point out I'm not the TC.
Forza 3 Is the Better game but since Im not a big fan of racing games neither of them would be on my top 20 either.
ODST was a good story, I enjoyed it, but I'm still lost on why there isn't a thing like there is in L4D2 where you can go into a lobby room and play the campiagn with some random people. But yeah though, to answer the question, I would go with ODST over Forza, but that's only because I'm not much of a fan of racing video games. I mean, well...I did enjoy the Forza demo, thought the graphics and gameplay were great but I think that it'll just get repetetive after a while.
