What does this mean? it has been several days since this has been posted. On my status on xbox.com it says "Device Shipped to Customer". Has it really been shipped?
Any updates? My status changed to "Device Shipped to Customer" on Sunday (4/27/08) and tracking was provided. I am still seeing the tracking on the UPS site as "Billing Information Received"
How long does usually it take before the UPS infor is updated? I have GTA IV fever :o)
ya they just got the billing info whichj they mean they got the e check or whatever for the postage. i dont no about u but everytime my xbox screws up i just buy a new one. i call xbox and have them ship me the box juss so i can use it to ship my old one to the ebay customer who bought my faulty one.

Yes, they should have a tracking number available which will not show up on their website, but if you give Microsoft a call they should definately be able to provide you with the tracking info as I've done so in the past. So call them up and go to UPS.com once they give you the tracking number.
