I really need some help. Just recently I upgraded my internet to cable and now when I try to sign into xbox live it tells me to run the test and when I do everything says "confirmed" until it gets to "Xbox live", in which it then says "failed". I don't understand why it would do this. Can anyone help me out?

this happens to me pretty often and all i have to do is disconnect my entire internet system. its really annoying but it gets it working againTOTAL_DEFENSE_0
Same here. I have to turn off my router, wait a few seconds and turn it back on occasionally. Oh well, as long as I can get on.Â
sumtimes you have to restart the modem and router to get it to work again. Its annoying because sometimes your in the middle of a good game and then you get disconnected
