So, I hear A LOT of people say how good this game is, and I might buy a new game soon, but I got the r6v demo in a game magazine and I didnt think it was all that great, maybe people are saying that the live is good? Because if thats why its so good I dont have live. So is this game better then the demo?
If you have any friends that play, or make some the game rocks on Xbox Live because they can show you the routes in the game. But it is a really good game.
The online multiplayer was where I had the most fun. You don't know what you're missing without live. I speant months building my soldier and having fun with friends. Singleplayer was ok, average singleplayer game. Gears of War is a great singleplayer game. BUT you should really consider getting xbox live. It's easily affordable, maybe try a free trial.

If you want a shooting game that can be a blast to play but involves a lot of strategy and thinking, then Rainbow Six is a great game for you. I got it just yesterday and love it, though it can be a little difficult at times. It took me nearly 2 hours to get my first achievement! Still it's really fun, and multi-player has like 6 or 7 modes I think. If you don't like tactical shooters or shooting games that involve some patience and strategy, then you should probably stay away from Tom Clancy games.
Great game.....if getting owned online gets to you (as it does to me sometimes) you can always do coop terrorist hunt which is a blast Single player is great too although realistic gets frustrating sometimes
I have never played a demo yet that was a good representation of the final game.. If I were to make my decisons on "demos", I would have missed a lot of great games. I will tell you this, I have Vegas and it is amazing. I also am a big GRAW 2 fan..
