this is a bit of a tough choice.

which of these 3 games provides the best single-player campaign and the best co-op experience? thanks!

Ghost Recon is just a bad franchise.No cover system + toughest ai ever + extremely realistic gameplay = boring.Vegas rocks man.

I like Rainbow Six Vegas more, the GRAW series is still great but Vegas is more fun to me and I love playing it with my friends on Live.
