Rare is still a great developer. Look up the reviews for these games on Gamespot. Rare has not passed their prime, and they have not lost their touch, but some gamers surely have. Anyways, go with Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts.BioShockOwnzThose are probably the same gamers who don't play today's Rare games to the end of each game, LOL.
I think I own every Rare game from this gen. Enjoyed them all! I picked Banjo over VP, but VP is still a very fun and addicting game.RoslindaleOne

Out of all of them on the 360,Kameo is the only one that's actually been fun for me.
Oh,and PDZ..but only he multi-player.The campaign was embarrasing.
Some of the criticisms given so far have been ridiculously harsh,
as it happens I've been playing Nuts & Bolts recently, and I think it's a very enjoyable title, definately keeps some of the Rare charm, not that it compares with the original Banjo Kazooie.
As for Viva Pinata I have yet to sample it, but I cant see any reason for it to be as badas people here are claiming
