By my taste, Games-10/10, Gaming space, 2/10, I have mine on a computer desk, and i like all the shelves it has better than that, but hey, if you like your gaming space thats all that matters.
It depends on what's in your room then. I have a 40" LCD in my room and had enough space to have it on a stand and it looks a lot better, that's why I suggested it.
