i have a 360 AND a PS3. i think im gonna get it on PS3 tho since it will probably be better if its not a port right? but i guess i should wait till its out to see about all the features and differences
Forreal, Resident Evil 5 looks to be the best yet. I hope they go back to zombies though. The Las Plagas did absolutely NOTHING for me. Resident Evil 4, while the most action packed, was definitely the least scary of all the Resident Evils. The only halfway decent part was the [spoiler] part where you were in the lab and the giant monster full of needles was slowly creeping towards you and then burst through the door [/spoiler] outside of that, the game was nothing like number 2, the REmake, and 3...those were horror masterpieces.

I saw it too. I bet it does, but why did they ignore the grnadoes? It would have been f-ing cool for the main character in the movies to join with Leon and stuff.
RE 5 is being made for the PS 3 and then ported to the 360, just to refresh some old issues, not to start a war. The game is going to be released simultaneously on both consoles but recently some rumours about a delay for the 360 version have arised. RE 5 will only see the 360 in the US and maybe Europe. For Japan it was cancelled
Who cares if it's a port? Who cares that it's coming out after the PS3 version? It will be the same game. It should be said that if any console can handle ports, the Xbox would be a much better candidate - that can't be said for the PS3.

Sony just funds these kinds of movies. Has nothing to do with them owning a part of the video game franchise. It's definately headed to the 360 as Capcom has confirmed it, and they will want to make as much profit as possible.

More emphasis on trying to escape conflicts rather than fight them to the death. Like in RE4... you're surrounded. So you throw a flash grenade, then gun a hole with a shotgun... and all enemies drop items. I'm hoping in RE5... when you're surrounded you're undoubtedly dead. You have to use the environments to get by stuff. Maybe even some sneaking! And enemies hopefully won't drop bullets... and you won't find shotgun shells in a trashcan, on a chair, in a sewer drain... corny places like that. Bullets are *very* few and very far between. I think this sense of chaotic urgency would make RE5 very memorable and take a step into the uber-scary direction.

RE5 wont push sales of the 360 in America but it will for the PS3 since its only comming out in *** for PS3 and Japan ate up RE4 and will prob do the same for RE5.

yeah i guess that seems about right =/ so is it supossed to be coming out this year or next?
i think they shud hav a lvl in resi 5 wer u and another survivor find sum sort of off-road vehicle and while the suvivor drives u have to shoot the zombies chasing after u
