So one friend of mine says that the mini shorts of the halo arms race and stuff are from the movie i said the movie is cancelled hes says im a *****

You're correct, the shorts have nothing to do with the movie and as of now the movie is dead. They still might try later to create a movie but for now it's not in production or anything

Those shorts weren't for the movie. The movie is completely dead due to budget issues. So Go rub it in his face
