Recommend a headset please

I've probably gone through over eight pairs of the basic Xbox Live headsets that come with the game and i'm tired of all the ineffectiveness. I am looking into getting a good one but not sure whether to pick from Tritton or Turtle Beach. Any recommendations on a good one? That's not too expensive

For a reasonable price, I'd say go with the Turtle Beach X11s. I own a pair and I love them. The build is durable and the sound quality is excellent. You won't want to listen to the sound from the TV anymore. Sometimes you can find them for under $40 if you look around on the net.

OK Heres a little basically what you need to know Based on your budget:

Low Budget - Turtle Beach Headset (X1's)

Medium Budget - Tritton (AX 720's)

High Budget - Astro (a40 + Mix amp)

Try to get the cheapest Trittons if you're not looking for too expensive, my friend had these they work pretty good from when I used them, just type in Trittons on the Bestbuy website and find the $70 ones.

Turtle Beach X31's are great.
