I've talked to Xbox Customer Service several times about this. Has anyone gotten their refund yet from the Red Lights of Death?

When I last called I was told that it would 12 weeks after the announcement date. Which was back during E3 of this year.

I would call and speak to a supervisor. Or file a complaint with the BBB.

Do something other than posting more broken 360 threads on Gamespot!!!!!!
