Red Lights in the place where i turn on my xbox

Each time I turn on the Xbox red lights come out on where the controllers signal should be. I tried taking all the wires out and putting back in it still didn't work, I left it alone for 2 hours and then i came back it still didn't work. Some one please help me. Tell me what to do.

Yeah, tbh I'd cut out the middle man and just ring Microsoft now.
