Playing online COD4 match, all of a sudden everything freezes....and yes, I get the red lights! Luckly I had the best buy replacement warranty, but unluckly every bestbuy in the the NJ, PA, DE area I called does not have an 360 elite in stock for a week.....Im so pi ssed!!
ii know what thats about. i came home from my friends house today and i was planning an all day fifa 08-a-thon, cause i just purchased it last night, so i pop in my assasins creed disk, to get my skills warmed up, and it freezed. once again, i restarted it, and all i got was 3 rings of death. im in the process of the towel trick right now, well see how that works out.
Thats pretty bad. Just wait and you might soon get your 360 Elite repaired.

I paid an around 75 bucks when I bought it at best buy for the warranty, so they will just hand me a new one when I take it back, but they are out of stock forever. I could send it to MS, but I heard some people havent got it back for 1-2 months. AHHH

That stinks man...I actually heard the towel trick works....This is now my 3 xbox....I dont move or touch the thing, I dont know what I keep doing to break them!
yea, all of the best buys within 40 miles are out of 360 and Wii's. If I see a Wii anywhere I am buying it and selling it for double on Ebay hahahfred2000isme

Unlucky that its happened and that you have to wait a week due to stock (im guessing because christmas is close). But at least you only have to wait a week.
so yeah, the towel trick doesnt work too well. i bought the protection plan for it at circuit city, so, i hope they can just give me one so i dont have to send it away for 3 weeks.
I hate paying the extra money for the service plans but the way these things are crashing you have to. Do you think Circuit City will have any in stock? Do you have elite or regular version?

least u only have to wait a week, most of us had / have to wait 2-4 weeks.
I hate you....you only have to wait a week....i have to wait 4 F***ing weeks at least...well 3 now cause it broke last week but still...if i only had to wait only 1 week...id be one happy camper
