Red ring of DEATH, error E68 onscreen...

Hi, it makes now 2 times that I started up my Xbox 360 and it made a lot of noise with the red ring of death lighted. Error E68 onscreen. Anyone have any idea what is missfunctionning? I shutted down the Xbox 360 when it did that and after I started it again it was all right.

there's a thing you do on the console to get a code to know exactly what's wrong.

Someone told me that it has something to do with power surges and the way the 360 reacts with it, im not sure if thats correct but if it ever happens again, there is a way to fix it and you take apart the xbox, but you wouldnt have the warrenty for it because you tampered with it.

I had the same once and I my problem was the HDD. It was not properly connected.
