I recently got the infamous "red rings of death." However, it was not my console: it was my harddrive. Here is how it went down.

I turned on my system to play Halo 3 with my son and saw the rings...I totally freaked out, but eventually got over it because my neighbor said he'd lend me his Xbox for the night. I brought his Xbox over, plugged in my harddrive to his system, and what do you know, his system goes to red rings. I called microsoft and told them that my harddrive ruined two systems and they said that that was impossible. I then took my harddrive to EB games and they hooked it up to one of their test stysems...same thing: red rings. I then called microsoft back and flipped out. They agreed to let me send my harddrive in to replace it. I also had to send them my console.

Has anyone else had harddrive issues? As far as I know, noone else has had this happen.

Now here it sit...Xboxless and waiting. I should have bought a PS3!

Gahh...I Hate This Thing About Xbox360...In Singapore Is Like If We Want To Replace It We Have To Make An Appointment First Then Go Down To Thier Hq Which Is So Damn Far Away...I Got My Xbox Change Three Times And Now My Xbox Can't Read Ninety-Nine Nightts Properly...Hope Nothing Else Happens..If Not I'd Be Really Pissed Off...
