I bought an Xbox 360 on 16th December 2006. I go the red rings of death on 21st December 2007. Microsoft WOULD NOT HELP ME!!! They offered to look at it for $150 and if they couldn't fix it then I would have to pay an additional $580 for a new one. I am sick and tired of microsoft screwing us around..........it's their hardware problem, we're their customers so they should give us more support.......ANYBODY WITH ME?????!!!!
