Well i just bought a 13 month yesterday and i tryed to Redeem it and it said "Cannot Retrieve Information from XBL. Please Try again later. i redeemed it again this morning and it said the same thing. Can anyone tell me whats wrong?

It's probably a server error. Don't worry though, your code should work when things get better. Keep trying every few hours or so because the problem seems to be intermittent.

Try entering it on Xbox.com. Easier to maneuver.

Well ive entered it correctly on Xbox.com and doesnt work there either

its a porblem with live, i get that when i try downloading stuff sometimes. just keep trying
