i re-opened the "turning a blind eye" quest after talking to the grey fox by talking on the subject to a beggar. did i mess up the entire thieves guild quest? because i haven't gotten another messenger.
I'm not sure, but the Thieves guild is extremely glitchy and buggy. On my second profile, the messenger won't come for the Boots of Springheel Jack quest.
ur supposed to go to the impeariel city for the messanger to come to u and its not a begger who gives u a message its someone part of the thieves guild
