IS XBOX 360 REPAIRS AVAILABLE IN THE PHILIPPINES!!!???

Please answer ASAP b4 the dispatching moment of my old 360 bcoz of RROD.

If I will buy another 360, is RROD still alive and continue his good, godly work?
