Res E 5- Golden Egg

So, I know that the egg has to be found on the wee chicken island on the Marshlands level, I just can't find one. I've been waiting here for a chicken to lay one for well over an hour with no avail. This is the second time I've set up camp here. Last time I was here for about two hours, but still, nothing.

Is there any sort of trick to getting this egg? Or do I just have to wait around and hope for the best. It's really starting to annoy me.

if you picked up a rotten egg then theres no way of getting a golden egg, you have to play with someone online who already has a golden egg and have them give you one. When the game first came out there was a glictch where people duplicated golden eggs and would sell them, it was the easiest way to get all the weapons because it was basically an unlimited amount of money. I dont know if its still going though.

theres no trick really you just have to get lucky.

i never got it from a chicken myself, so if that's how you did it then you are very lucky

i got mine from some normal enemies in the last part of the game....ones with a machine gun

so yea...later on normal enemies drop eggs too

don't use that....if the glitch has been patched up then you'll probably have a hard time getting another one

hmm...maybe it was the rotten one that was very rare?

yea, haven't played this game in over a year so...my bad haha

either way i still think golden ones are sort of rare too

I walked on to the island and found one, then me and my friend drove off, came back, and there was another one :) It was sweet.
