Guys I was thinking of picking up both of these game from the market place. I may be one of the few people that never really played RE4 and from a nostalgia standpoint, would love to play RECV again. My question is are these games worth the investment at $20 each, or are their better, more current games that I should look to invest my time in?
Absolutely! I mean, RE4 is one of my favourite games of all time! I got it when it came out for the PS2 and I do not regret it one bit. I also want the Xbox 360 version myself, regardless of completing the game about 5 times or more now... I also want CVX, even though I always found it way too hard to complete :(. I will complete that though someday soon... but I am waiting for a disc release (if it ever happens...). I don't know if you would rather wait for a disc release either, but either way, I think it is definately worth it ;). I don't know if you have played RE5 or not, but I feel that RE4 is a lot better than RE5. RE4 is the closest you will get to a classic RE game in modern times.
Resident Evil 4 is a good one in deed. In fact, I actually prefer it over RE5. Also, RE4 by far has the most gore in the RE series. More on that here if you are interested... http://goretastic.com/re.html
