Well for some reason my first attempt was a failure but i think i have it fixed now so lets give it another try.
Ill start off with sub-bosses going in order of first encounter to last be aware that this guide does contain spoilers if you wish to keep the next boss a secret so you can find out for yourself so be wary.

Executioner Reward for killing: Gold Ring worth 5,000.
HP: 12,000
Encounter(s): Chapter 1-1
There are two ways to deal with this giant axe wielding SoB and one of them is to just run...If you choose to run then you will have to wait approximately 7 minutes until the chopper comes to bomb the gate down. While you are doing this i would suggest going in the seperate houses and getting various items to help you further along in the game. But be aware that during this you will have several majini thrown at you and you will be in tight quarters possibly becoming trapped which could lead to death.
The second way to deal with this boss is to well of course kill him. Killing him rewards you with a ring that is worth 5,000 big ones which is very handy on your first playthrough for upgrading weapons but can take alot of ammo to drop this guy so kill at your own risk...To kill this guy is VERY hard on your first playthrough especially with all the other majini running around. First off when he breaks through the fence get a couple of good shots on him in the head while hes still with your pistol, then run for it...once your past the set of barrels and hes close to them take a well aimed shot at the barrels to provide a good protective line of fire...he should then take a knee after walking for a bit through the fire and you shooting him...run up to him and perform a string of melee attacks to bring his health down...once he stands back up and starts walking again throw some grenades to put him on his knee again and perform another string of melee attacks. Rinse and repeat until he is downed.

Chainsaw Majini
Reward for killing: Gold ring worth 5,000 or Venom Fang worth 3,000
HP:10,000-20,000
Encounter(s): Chapter 2-1 and Chapter 3-2
When you first see this guy you should have a machinegun, a shotgun, a rifle, and of course your handy pistol. After you watch the short cutscene of him sawing through the gate, make a quick turn and start hauling towards the building on the right. Once he is in line of the exploding barrels shoot them and wait until he reaches another and do the same. Go into the building and head to the exit and run down the stairs and towards where you threw sheva up on the roof. Take your machinegun out and just start wailing on his potatoesack head..once he takes a knew perform a string of melee attacks and close range pwn him with that ithaca shotgun until he goes down again while at the same time fending off the other majini trying to get to you. Do this a couple more times until he goes down and if you need to use them grenades youve collected...

Giant Majini
Reward for Killing: Blue Enigma worth 3,000
HP: 7,000-10,000
Encounter(s): Chapter 3-2
You will first encounter this foe in a pair...thats right you will face two of them at the same time...they arent so tough so this will be short. But first off...DO NOT SHOOT HIM IN THE FACE!. When you fight this guy you will have a horde of tribal majinis to fight aswell and they will be your main problem but since you just got the magnum just shoot his back or legs(for some reason shooting his chest does less damage). When he goes down, again perform a string of melee attacks and go to the back of him and shoot him in the back and he should take a knee again. and just Rinse and repeat until hes dead.

Gatling Gun Majini
Reward for killing: Special items
HP: 8,000-14,000
Encounter(s): Chapter 6-1 and Chapter 6-3
This guy may seem quite scary but he really isn't. If you stay in hiding for too long he will throw some grenades so be careful. Just give him a few special presents from your magnum in his head or legs(main weakspots)and while hes staggering back perform ALOT of melee attacks on him and when he gets to his feet put some more bullets in his legs or head and melee him a ton more. Pretty simple fight.

Reaper Reward for killing: Power Stone worth 5,000
HP: 2,000-3,000
Encounter(s): Chapter 5-3 and Chapter 6-3
This guy is pretty easy but can prove tough foes to some people. This guys weakspots are those glowing white spots on his chest and sides of the back but note that on Veteran and Proffesional this guys weakspot on his chest will actually be covered up by a little sliding shell so you only have about a second to shoot it wich can prove difficult with his defense mechanism which sprays a kind of mist all around him which basically distorts and dims all bright spots which just happen to be his weak spots. You can use whatever weapon you want it really doesnt matter because all you have to do is hit his weakspot and make him take a knee and shoot one of the two weakspots on his back and then while he is staggering back shoot his weakspot on his chest again. Easy kill.

That is basically all of the major subbosses of the game and if you need any more help with either or any tips or found any mistakes then send me a message.

Now on to the Bosses.

Uroboros Reward for killing: Gold Ring worth 5,000
HP: 28,000
Encounter: Chapter 1-2
There are actually three ways to kill this guy, one ending in no reward and two ending in a nice little gold ring worth 5,000. I'll start out with the one that doesn't net you the ring, probably the easiest way to kill this guy is to just kite him around the furnace room and run in and out of the furnace and as he is about o walk into the furnace pull the lever on the control panel to start the long sequence of closing the furnace door. Easy kill, end of story, but you don't get any reward for your efforts. The second way to kill Uroboros is to shoot the big orange balls found at the end of his flailing black tentacles. Once you've got them both popped he will kind of keel over into a sort of puddle on the ground and when this happens you should go **** on the little orange clusters. Rinse and repeat until hes dead. The third way to kill Uroboros is to tip all the gas tanks over and kite him around the room until he runs over one and absorbs it, once this happens you should shoot the gas tank and as in the second method, he will keel over and just go **** on thos clusters. Rinse and repeat with the other gas tanks until hes dead and enjoy your prize.

Popokarimu Reward for killing: Nothing the first encounter but for the second time a Soul Gem worth 10,000
HP: First Encounter - 24,000, and Second Encounter - 12,000
Encounters: Chapter 2-2 and Chapter 4-1
This fight is rediculously easy which therefore means that this Strategy will be pretty short. Once you drop down from the ledge and watch the cutscene run around in the little tin huts breaking barrels until you find some proximity mines. Once you find about 3 or 4 proximity mines the just set one down on Popokarimu's path. Once it has walked over the mine it should roll over on its side, exposing the pink fleshy backing on its tail that you should put as many rounds in it as you can. Rinse and repeat until dead. Your second encounter with this oversized pushover is about the same except he has less health so just lay a mine down and fire away at that pink fleshy tail and your reward will be a unique Treasure called a Soul Gem worth a big 10,000.

Ndesu Reward for Killing: Nothing
HP: Small Plaga Growths - 8,000 Large Plaga Growth - 26,000
Encounter: Chapter 2-3
This guy can be tough to live through since you've got other crossbow and molotov majini attacking you. This guy has many attacks which most of them can be dodged by just shooting him in the face and others are quick time events which can be dodged at the simple press of a button, but there is 1 attack in which you most focus all your fire on him or youll take damage which is equal to almost half of your truck's life. This one event is the rock throw which you'll either need to shoot the exploding barrel beside him (destroying the rock instantly but is a one time only thing) or you can just focus all your fire on the rock which will be destroyed when it is fairly close to your truck. Now that you know his attacks you should be able to survive this encounter so we will skip to when the little plaga growths have popped out of him. Shoot all the growths until they have all popped, once you have done this he will take a knee a GIANT plaga growth will come out of his back, you need to focus all fire on this. After it goes back into his back you will continue the fight dodging his attacks and killing majini trying to attack you. Once the time has come for small plaga to pop out of him, even more will pop out that the time before. Shoot all of these until they have been destroyed and he will again take a knee and you will need to focus all fire on the giant plaga growth coming out of his back. Once he is dead you get to enjoy a nice little cutscene.

Irving Reward for killing: Nothing
HP: Tentacles - 8,500 Main Body - 12,000 Irving's Body - 13,000
Encounter: Chapter 3-3
So your on a boat with some pretty deadly weapons, and a giant tentacle fish looking thing swimming around you.
What do you do? Shoot the big yellow ulcer on its ?head?. When its swimming besides you just shoot those rocket at the weakspot and within a hit or two it will submerge and either A. go on the other side in which case you continue shooting rockets at it or B. about 6 huge tentacles will pop straight up out of the water which you should also shoot with the rockets. Every now and then a tentacle will come down to crush you but this can be dodges by pressing the button expressed in the quick time event. Once you deal enough damage a short cutscene will be played showing Irving going to the back of the boat....once he does this go to the back of the boat and wip out your (hopefully partially upgraded) magnum and start blasting away instead of using that puny little gatling gun. He should be dead within a few seconds. Once hes down a cutscene will appear showing some more of Irving's extremely good ability to annoy someone with his dialect :D.

U-8 Reward for killing: Nothing
HP: 24,000
Encounter: Chapter 5-1
During this entire fight TONS of items will drop from the little monsters U-8 Produces, so if your short on a certain type...heres the place to do it. Sometime in the duration of this fight, U-8 will crawl up on the ceiling and open his mouth releasing about 20 flying red pointy thing which are very easily taken down by shotgun blasts and these provide you with tons of ammo. To defeat U-8, you must strike his weakspot which is a red fleshy type thing on his arms. After you have done that enough to wear he has fallen on the platform with his mouth open wide, charge up to the mouth and press the x button when prompted to throw a grenade in him. After he has had the tasty snack, half of the protection of his brain will fall off, so you will need to do this once more to effectively subdue U-8. Once you have his brain fully uncovered just fire away at his brain with your magnum a few times and hes done for. Easy fight.

Uroboros Mkono Reward for killing: Nothing
HP: 3,000 for each of the 3 pods = 9,000
Encounter: Chapter 5-2
There are 2 ways to kill this guy and neither one of them have any different outcome so you can do whichever you prefer. The first way to kill this guy is to just do as you did when you first faced him...tipping over gas tanks and kiting the boss into them and then shooting the gas tanks before he "teleports" and then get your partner to burn the crap out of him allowing you to shoot the 3 pods flailing around like crazy. Or you can just shoot his 2 two arms off by destroying the pods at the end of them and then get your partner to burn the boss, revealing his 3 pods which will allow you to shoot them, in turn, killing the boss.

Wesker: Human Form Reward for killing: Unique treasure Heart of Africa worth 10,000 only first Encounter
HP: 30,000
Encounters: Chapter 5-3 and Chapter 6-3
This is the only optional boss fight in the game, and by optional i mean that you don't have to kill him.You can either avoid him for 7 minutes or show him whos boss. But if you are going for the achievment or an extra 10,000 then you are going to be killing him. Before you kill him you might want to collect all the loot and that crappy magnum, the L. Hawk. So as soon as the fight starts, go to the right and investigate the door allowing wesker to kick you through it. Once this has been done head up the stairs and collect your loot and weapon and then plant yourself on a wall and wait for wesker to come your way. You will not be able to hit him until you are succesfully hidden. You will know when you are hidden when he says a line like: you can't run forever or hiding is inevitable or some **** like that. Once he starts walking along the corridor in your sights then i would suggest using the RPG you got from Chapter 3-1, or if you dont want to waste that then i would suggest using a fully upgraded S&W M500 if you've got one...it will take 1 rocket or about 6 shots from the M500 to take him down. Once youve done that he will run like seventy billion miles an hour to the doorway and show a cutscene leaving you to save Jill.

Jill Reward for saving: Nothing
HP of Control Device: 10,000
Encounter: Chapter 5-3
If you dealt enough damage to Wesker within the required time frame in the previous fight then after you run down one of the staircases then turn around and in between the two sets of stairs there will be a diamond worth 10,000 big ones lieing there for you and beside that, 2 green herbs. In this fight, you will need to position yourself behind Jill so you can grab and hold her while your partner takes a shot at the control device with any weapon except rocket launcher, grenade launcher and grenades. Each shot does 1,500 damage to the device no matter what weapon and the control device has 10,000 HP. Shoot the control device 6 times and then start to pull it off her, it will take 1 try if your a fast button tapper and 2 if your not so its pretty much easy either way. NOTE: If you are going for the achievment, you must remove the device while she is being held by your partner standing up!

Uroboros Aheri Reward for killing: Nothing
HP: Tentacle Pod - 7,000 Main Weak Spot - 28,000
Encounter: Chapter 6-2
Before you fight this Boss empty out everything in your inventory except a shotgun and a magnum and some shotgun ammo, and magnum ammo. When you get to the balcony type thing on the ship deck immediately take a right and unlock the container holding the laser targeting device. Use the laser to destroy each Pod until revealing its main weak spot...when this occurs pull out your magnum and put two bullets into the weak spot and then pick up the laser and fire away, after this happens the main weakspot will go back into the giant blob and about 5 giant tentacles with pods will appear overhead, this will only happen once but after your laser is recharged you must IMMEDIATELY fire at the pods(if you do not it will result in immediate death). This should only have to be done about 3 times to finish the boss off. During the fight, after you destroy each pod, about 10 little black goos will be thrown onto the floor, when this happens immediately wip out your shotgun and start blasting the groups of goo, these goos drop tons of items for you to use or keep as you wish.

Wesker: Human Form Second Encounter Reward for killing: Nothing
HP: None
Encounter: Chapter 6-3
Go to and break the glass case holding the rocket launcher and collect it, after you have done this, go around and turn off all the lights, then hide from Wesker, once you have hidden, fire a rocket at Wesker, he will catch it and you will need to shoot it for it to explode and to get him to take a knee. Charge up to him and press the X button to grab hold of him only to have him throw you over his shoulder(Note that this will always happen no matter what). Find another rocket and load the rocket laucnher and hide, once you have hidden, shoot another rocket at him to get him to take a knee and again charge up to him and grab hold of him. This time your partner will inject him with the serum and a cutscene will start up. End of simple fight.

Went over Character Limit so here is the Final Boss Strategy!

Wesker: Mutated Form Reward for killing: Nothing
HP: 28,800
Encounter: 6-3
At the start of this fight, before you walk onto the bridge, you will need to shoot the rightmost edge of the giant archway of a rock to get it to fall which provides a pathway to a unique Marquise Diamond worth 5,000. Once you and your partner are seperated, whoever is Chris needs take a left and jump across 2 platforms to retrieve your unique treasure then jump back over to the regular platform and then continue on your path by jumping over to the big main platform. While Chris is doing this, whoever is playing as Sheva (AI will effectively do on its own) you will need to be shooting wesker in his chest and back weak spots (the glowing yellowish orange things in the center of his chest/back). Once you do enough damage to him, a cutscene will show basically just showing Wesker throw his arm into the air and yelling, continue to shoot wesker in his weakspots until a second cutscene appears showing Wesker jumping up to Sheva's platform. After this has
occurred, whoever is playing Sheva should just continue down the path until she reaches the faulty bridge. When they get there, a cutscene will play showing Sheva running along the bridge and the bridge falling out from beneath Sheva. The player will then need to Rapidly press x and hope their partner stops Wesker. While Sheva is trying to pull herself up, whoever is playing chris will need to go up on the elevated part of the central platform and start firing away at Wesker's head or weakspots if you get lucky enough to see them(this is best done with a sniper but can be done with any high damage gun). Just keep firing away and he will get stunned, he will then fire his "goo gun" at you and you will need to dodge 3 blobs(fairly easy to do)and then continue the process of shooting him until Sheva is up. After Sheva has pulled herself up she should immediately start moving forward until there is a gap in the the path. Chris will then need to do a series of quick time events to punch the rock over to allow Sheva to continue and therefore reuniting them.
Once you have accomplished this, you should turn around and start running up to the central platform where in turn, a cutscene will display, showing wesker jumping up to the central platform with you. Now you must just shoot him a few times in the head until he sends his arm down into the rock, creating a sort of moving tentacle field all around him. After he is finished with this you have one of two choices. You can continue to shoot him in his weakspot and deal 28,800 damage or have your partner restrain Wesker while you run up and knife him. After you have either A. done a sequence of some serious knife attacks to subdue wesker or B. Dealt enough damage to his weakspot, you will then watch a cutscene where you and your partner fire a rocket into Wesker's greased up head.

Yay! Finally done

For the Wesker 2nd encounter, you can actually just use a basic RPG instead of the one provided. If you've already beaten the game in less than 5 hours, then this makes it a lot easier due to its infinite ammo.

That's only on Veteran difficulty, if you play on amateur he won't do that.

coolcats1

Take it easy coolcats1, he's not telling lies, the device on Jill's chest takes the SAME amount of damage (1,500) from the Handcannon or Normal Pistol.

I believe it's the only fight in the game where upgraded weapons/power make no difference.

The trick is to not use anything with the piercing attribute as it will often kill Jill if you miss the device.
