Resident evil 5 problem

when i put my RE5 game in it says please put disc into an xbox 360 console so i was just wondering if i have 2 get another game or if there is a quick fixHobokins

I know of no quick fix. When did you buy the game? You might be able to take it back for a replacement.

I'd suggest calling MS for support and if they can't fix it over the phone, just go back to where you bought it and return it.ForsakenWicked

wait what? it's new ? . You can definately return it.

Know this error all to well, it's the infamous "OH CRAP my 360 thinks a game is a DVD error" (well thats what I call it anyways :P), it happens occasionally with my COD4 disc, try opening and closing the disc try til the game reads on the little box, don't start the game if it says play DVD lol, if you can't get it to work or if you just want one that is less of a hassle take it back, seeing that its new and came with your 360 they should replace it for you, and hopefully without replacing the xbox in the process. :S

i got the exact same error message with resident evil 5, all i did was take out the disc several times and it worked. its annoying because everytime i play it i have to do that.
