returning arcade console to get pro

hello im gonna be getting a hd tv soon but my 360 is only arcade nd doesnt have a hdmi output so do u reckon microsoft would let me send it to them in return of a pro console??

no they won't, you will need to buy another if you want a pro

Your best bet is to sell your arcade and use the money for a pro. Don't trade it in to GameStop you'll be lucky if you get even half of what you paid for it. ebay?

You could also just use component cables to get HD, provided the TV you are buying supports it, which it probably will. 720p and 1080i at least.

you do know you don't need HDMI to get a HD signal don't you?

just use a component cable, and maybe buy a hard-drive (useful)

You could always buy the new arcade that has the HDMI port for 200 dollars. If you need it that bad.

this is true. You could also use your VGA cable(might have to buy them) most new tv's come with a VGA inputs. Make sure you buy the VGA cord from microsoft for the xbox 360.
