Rewards site error

Are people still having problems with the rewards site?  I go through and it says I'm registered, but then it won't let me sign in to My Rewards.  Gives error :

Sorry, we were unable to validate your gamer details.

Please sign-in to your Xbox Rewards account and try again.

I can sign in to xbox.com just fine.  Anybody else getting this?  When I search for my gamertag, it also isn't found.

yeah, i've gotten this everytime i've tried the register over the last few days.
