well rise is better except it only goes up to the chunin exams era you can tell by the poll that more ppl like rise but though only 4 ppl voted im going with both really but if i had to pick i would say rise
Rise of a ninja looks much better. Considering its being made by Ubisoft montreal and has an open-ended overworld instead of only being a fighting game.
