risen or dragon age origins

I would like everyones opinions on these two upcoming games, both coming out in october.

Not much has been said about risen but from the looks of it, it seems like a game closely resembling oblivion, which was amazing. i'm not fond of deep silver/piranha bytes work so i wouldnt know what to expect. but i know bioware will release a great game with dragon age, from reading reviews and seeing videos will have a great story and replay value, much like their previously released games.

But i would love to hear everyone else's ideas about the two, and which one would be better to buy.

Why not both? I haven't heard much about Risen but I'm watching gameplay and it looks fun. I will have to wait and see more about it before saying yes although Dragon Age is a definite buy.

I'm going to go ahead and assume that Risen isn't going to have the financial backing to not come out as a complete and total flop... Could be a really cool game, everything is there I just don't think the execution will come out in a way that will be worth comparing it to a bioware game like Dragon Age

Both but if had to choose..D Age.

The way I see it Dragon Age is a must buy because well... it's Bioware. But for Risen I'm going to wait for reviews, if the game succeeds to get a 7 or higher than I'll most likely get it.

Dragon Age looks like a much much safer bet.

I've loved every game by BioWare, so Dragon Age.
