I've never owned any GH game or Rock Band, but I'm definitely going to pick up one of these when they come out
Which do you think looks better? Which has the better track list? also, do you know the pricing for each and their release dates?

Rock Band.
Better track list, more DLC (and more reliable DLC), $5 upgrade with the first Rock Band's songs if you can borrow the disc from someone, more streamlined interface and no boss battles. Doesn't have user created tracks, though, but given its convoluted and very mod-like nature I doubt there will be many good songs.
Harmonix started the Guitar Hero franchise before selling it to Activision and moving on to Rock Band - continuing to support Guitar Hero is supporting an inferior product as well as giving the finger to the very people who created the game in the first place.

Plus Rockband 2 has a "jukebox" mode where you can select songs and let the band just play them without you. So you can finally just listen to the music you bought. I havent heard any mention of this feature in GHWT. Rockband 2 also has a "drum trainer" that allows you to freestyle on drums. I also havent heard anything about GHWT having this either. It doesnt mean its not in GHWT, but i havent heard anything about it.
GH:World tour cause rock band is basiclly just an expansion. Guitar hero 4 has custume made guitar that you can mae and custume characters that you make and with the person you can do hair, eyes, face, oldness, weightness, shirt, and pants. You cna also make your own songs.FoiyoThe only thing here that RB2 can't do is the 'make your own songs part'. Sure enough RB2 doesn't have that. But it has everything else you mentioned...
[QUOTE="Ruhdezee"]id get GH4 due to the fact the tracklist will probobly be better and they are gonna be about the same price. plus harmonix is weak =)FUBAR24
you do understand that without Harmonix there wouldnt be any games like rock band or guitar hero right
Remember Guitar Freaks? Drum Mania? Harmonix just made it available at home, but if I had to choose i pick GH: WT because it will most likely be harder than RB2

why would i care about a jukebox thats what computer is for and media player 11 or zune software is for. i can go download it then streem it to my xbox in any freaken game
world tour has custom tracks u can make your own songs then even go download other ppl things ooo
hi guys, what's this?
OH IT SEEMS TO LOOK LIKE $30 CYMBALS FOR ROCK BAND 2 THAT DO THE SAME THING AS GH WORLD TOURS LOL OH HOW SILLY.
seriously just because GH world tour has cymbals doesn't make it better. rock band 2 has them, too. they just cost 30 dollars more, and you get a better drum set with rock band 2. seriously there just seems to be no comparison. harmonix = win. activision = fail.
