Both GH: World Tour and Rock Band 2 look awesome but i'm split between both of them and don't know which one I should get when they come out. So what ones do you like more and why?
at the moment it is hard to decide. on the instruments alone i would go with gh world tour just cause those drums look awesome and they will have a good guitar for sure. judging by set list at the moment im kinda on the fence. so my choice as of now is guitar hero
I can't really tell since we haven't seen all of GHWT's set list. I'm leaning towards Rock Band 2, but only because even if the set list is bad I can access all my current downloadable content.
if i had to choose, i'd choose rockband 2, first off, the rb1 songs can be carried over to rb2, all the dlc is compatible with rb2, so when it comes out the music library will be over 500 songs. so as far as content, their is no comparison. secondly gh admits to making songs harder or easier if the artists asks them to. but i dont have to choose, ima gonna get them both, only reason im get ghwt is the music studio tool. i was disapointed with half the songs in gh3 (they weren't bad and all but they got old and boring to me so i went back to gh2). ghwt is obviously copying rb, i dont care that they say "actually were planning on a drum based game with drum hero" planning on it and having the balls to release a $170 game in an unproven market are not the same. only after seeing the success of rb did they decide to green light it. gh better step it up with dlc too and lower the price, oh and sometimes people dont want all the 3 songs in the pack
