RockBand2 and GuitarHero4 are coming out soon and i just wanted some honest opinions on which one you think is going to be better and why. No ranting! No fake facts! And no making harsh comments on the companies, ie: "Activision sucks", "Harmonix is crap", Or GuitarHero sucks an RockBands way better...that goes the other way around also.
well i already have rockband 1 and all of the instruments and stuff so im going to get rockband 2 because now that i have all of the instruments i can just buy the game but if i didnt have rockband 1 i propably would have picked guitar hero4 it looks awsome especially the drums
that will be the deciding factor for most people. Guitar Hero 4 will most likely not do so well seeing as how most people will just by the Rock Band 2 game seeing as how they prolly already have the equipment. Poor, poor Guitar Hero
Seeing how Rock Band and Guitar Hero's instruments are gonna be compatible w/both games, I'll get both RB2 and GHWT, but wait to get the Guitar Hero's bundle.
iam going for world tour because u can creat your own tracks then play them and your friend can play and u can download other custom tracks other as made off a website just like halo 3 file share in a way

btw its been confirmed rock band 1 stuff will work with gh world tour so there u go
Although Guitar Hero certainly upped the ante when it comes to bells and whistles I will probably be sticking loyal to the Rock Band franchise. Their song variety and downloadable track packs blow GH's out of the water, and with the news that my DL tracks and songs from Rock Band will be imported into Rock Band 2 it it keeps those 100+ songs I've downloaded a good investment. Let's face it, when it comes down to it, music games are all about the songs available. I have had a ton of fun with Rock Band's diverse track list as opposed to Guitar Hero's metal centric theme.

RB 2 becuase they now have more SOAD than GH 4 will have. GH 4 only announced B.Y.O.B, RB has that and Toxicity, and Chop Suey. So yeah, plus RB 2 will have 500 songs by x-mas!!

Yea, personally I can't wait to download the next No Doubt track pack for Guitar Hero.
