Whattya guys think? Rock Band or GH3? Two awesome looking games.. Rock Bands got more to offer... but higher price.. GH3's awesome success over the years... which one?
what do you like to play. If you rather the Guitar then I'd get GH since its already proven itself. If you really want to create a virtual rock band then get that. Personally I dislike both. The only rythm game I need is Boom Boom Rockets.
I would have to say, if it's only one or the other, get Rock Band. Someone just posted on the forums recently pointing out that the notes in Painted Black weren't even synched in Guitar Hero 3, and that is pretty bad. Rock Band is made by Harmonix, who made the first 2 Guitar Hero's, so I think they are more capable thank neversoft.
Guitar Hero should still be a pretty good game, and i'll probably get both, but Rock Band looks to be the winner here.
well....in my opinion you should get guitar hero unless you feel like paying for a ton of gear thats really space consuming...lol idk but im getting guitar hero cause im an only child so i only need one instrument.
There are some songs that are in both... but I'd have to say that GH3 has a much better tracklist, so if you are really only interested in guitar, I'd go with GH3.

Really? You got to play it? How was it? Hows the drums and mic?
Guitar hero has the best setlist as of now, but rock band promises ALOT of DLC, plus you can play drums, sing, or play guitar, make your own band, even down to customizing your own tattoos.
Personally, im buying both, if you cant afford both, go for Rock band, because there is alot more content to have fun with.

got close (geographically) friends or brothers? Go for rock band, like me. But i'm also going to get GHIII since i've been a fan since the first one.
