hey...i had a choice between guitar hero 3..and rock band because my brother can get rock band for me for 120 bucks...so i cant decide between. I am thinkin of rock band since im a drummer so...i was wondering ..can u buy guitar hero 3 game only without the guitar and it will work with the rock band guitar..??..

get rock band. im not sure if you can use the rb guitar 4 gh3 but woull need another guitar if u want a bass

It's all wired for the 360, but they give you a usb hub.

I'm pretty sure the guitars are interchangeable, you can use for both RB and GH3.

GH guitar WORKS in Rock Band game.

Rock Band guitar DOESNT WORK in Guitar hero game.

If I was you I'd get RockBand, I have both Guitar Hero III and RockBand, and all in all I think Rock Band is was better. You have way more options to chose from and the drumming is sick fun.

Its true, i read it n the rockband forums.

And if your a drummer rock band should be your choice no question really.
