Rock Band question

I was wondering if Rock Band is worth getting if you do not have 3 others to play with. I am thinking of getting Rock Band but would only buy the drum set. I already have a guitar from guitar hero. I would primarily play the game on my own and with 1 other. Is this game any good if you play it on your own? or is it not worth buying unless you are going to play it with 3 others?

I would get Rock band 2 because it has single-player world tour, which is the main mode of the rock band franchise. Rock band 1 only has multiplayer world tour, which you are saying you cannot do. Maybe rent rock band 1 and get as many achievements as you can in the week or so that you rent it for.
