It isnt developed by Bethesda, it has been done by Rebellion. I was excited about it until I saw it on my friend's PS3 yesterday, completed it in 2 hours, 6 missions... Pretty unimpressive. I preordered mine expecting too much, it will come today & i'll play through it once.
