Tales of Vesperia, Eternal Sonata, Star ocean 4, Fable 2, Enchanted arms, lost oddysses (sp lol)
I'd reccommend tales of vesperia best jrpg this gen IMO
Bioshocks an amazing game with some RPG elements thrown in. I also suggest KOTOR if you've never played it, it's BC.
I'm going to agree with the people who say Tales of Vesperia. But also look into Star Ocean: The Last Hope and/or Lost Odyssey. Great, great RPGs.
fable 2 just the main story. if your like me and youve put time into rpg's like WoW, your not gonna find much fun in anything but playing the story. Buying realestate, and/or working or having a family after beating it just isnt worth the trouble anymore and its all just wasted time, but the main story is pretty enjoyable for the 40 bucks it costs right now
Lost Odyssey, Infinite Undiscovery, Tales of Vesperia. CloserDivision
Tales is ok.........but Square totally messed up Lost and Infinite. Those 2 games are a 100% NO GO! I wouldn't recommend those to anyone ever.
Fable 2 hands down is one of my favorite games on 360. Agreeing with someone above, the ending was lame. But with the 2 add ons available, it gives you alot more gameplay and there are tons of extra stuff to find around the world, and secret weapons and fighting arenas etc. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good RPG.
theres a star ocean 4!?!?! i didnt even know there was a 2, i used to love that game on ps2!Tales of Vesperia, Eternal Sonata, Star ocean 4, Fable 2, Enchanted arms, lost oddysses (sp lol)

This makes the second night in a row I've had to point this out: Square did not make Lost Odyssey. And aside from the boring battle system the story was 1000x's better than Tales.[QUOTE="CloserDivision"]Lost Odyssey, Infinite Undiscovery, Tales of Vesperia. JayReviews

lost odyssey was a great game...don't know what your smokin
Not Lost Odyssey. It's a great JRPG. It was severely underrated mostly because people felt it was too 'old school'. It did have several features that made it unique though (ring system, thousand years of dreams), and the story is excellent. The game was made by the creator of Final Fantasy, and the music was done by the guy who has done the music for almost every Final Fantasy ever made. 'Nuff said.stay away from the JRPG's. they are all shoddy quality. get Fable 2.

Tales of Vesperia hands down. Best JRPG in the past 10+ years. It's freaking awesome. Has an Open World, real time combat, Insurmountable amount of sidequests and things to do. Extremely high replay value. Was 60 dollars for the longest time and recently had a price cut to 30. I would pay 60 again. It's that good!
Someone mentioned Star Ocean 4. That is an abortion of a video game. Was not fun. Possibly the most linear game ever. I had high hopes for it but it is pretty bad. :(
I have not played a lot of RPGs but the ones I like for the 360 are Fable 2, Lost Odyssey, and The Last Remnant. I have Blue Dragon but not even going to touch it until I finish Lost Odyssey. I found Mass Effect boring and I couldn't get into Fallout 3. Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is cool but at the time (over three years ago) I couldn't really get into it but plan on buying it again since I seem to enjoy RPGs more now.

It is just my opinion you know. :P Some people really like it. I just thought it was really bad. You pretty much have no freedom throughout the game. That makes it really bad. THey should have made it more of an open Universe/world like Tales of Vesperia. Would have made the game waaaay better. AS it is though your just railroaded from point a-b, wash rinse repeat.
