When your Xbox 360 has rrod or any other problem you call 1-800-4-my-xbox. You will be asked a few questions and eventually transfered to a customer service rep. (Which isn't very fluent in english by the way) Eventually after trying a few things, you will set up a service order in which they will take your adress, phone number etc. They will then send you a box with instructions on what to do. The rrod has a 3 year warranty and any other inquiries are only a 1 year warranty. If you are out of the warranty, you will be charged a fee of approx. $99-$110. English enough for yeah?

Remember, there is a RRoD Query Thread for questions like these.
